"Remember, I am with you always to the end of the age" (Mt 28:20)

Fifth Day Of Christmas: "You Say" Lauren Daigle

You Say
Lauren Daigle

I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I'm not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low
Remind me once again just who I am because I need to know
Ooh-oh

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And you say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours
And I believe (I)
Oh, I believe (I)
What You say of me (I)
I believe

The only thing that matters now is everything You think of me
In You I find my worth, in You I find my identity
Ooh-oh

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And you say I am held when I am falling short
When I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours
And I believe (I)
Oh, I believe (I)
What You say of me (I)
Oh, I believe

Taking all I have, and now I'm laying it at Your feet
You have every failure, God, You have every victory
Ooh-oh

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
You say I am held when I am falling short
When I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours
And I believe (I)
Oh, I believe (I)
What You say of me (I)
I believe
Oh, I believe (I)
Yes, I believe (I)
What You say of me (I)
I believe

  1. This song reminds me of a quotation from" My Relationship with the Church" ...I always see you anew, and the more I look at you the more beautiful I find you, the more I love you, the lovelier and
more loveable I see you...( 444/843 or p. 889 https://www.carmelitasmisioneras.org/download/escritos-del-p-palau-en-ingles/?wpdmdl=17645&refresh=5ff1653831e491609655608)... Being aware of God's gaze of love transforms us to be lovable and beautiful in His eyes and to others... I believe...

    1. Your quotation made my day today! "... for me you are so new that every
day seems to me as if it is the first day that I see, love and
possess you." God is the only one who could be this loving to us! Beholding us with nothing but love. He made Himself a great pauper so He could beg for our love to catch even just a glimpse of us along the path. Thank you and God bless us!
